Buying from us
Our products are sold through our Etsy shop. When you buy, your order is placed on Etsy, and Etsy’s terms and the policies on each listing apply alongside these terms. Prices on this site are a guide; the price on Etsy when you check out is the one you pay. See Delivery Information and Returns & Refunds.
Digital downloads
Printable downloads are for personal and classroom use only. Please don’t resell or share the files.
Free tutorials and printables
Our tutorials and free printables are for personal, non-commercial and classroom use. Please supervise children and follow the safety notes on each tutorial.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we’ll put it right.
Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
